MoonSked Support
If you have problems with MoonSked:
1) If a fresh download of MoonSked does not run, try searching for
and deleting the "MoonSked Preferences" file, which for Windows
users is usually inside the Application Data folder in your User
area.
You will need to re-enter your registration number, so please have
that to hand. If you have lost it, email me.
2) If you find a bug of any kind, try and note what operation will
reproduce it and let me know by email. Please don't just email and
say MoonSked doesn't work, I need a little more to go on.
3) In versions up to MoonSked 1.5.1, there is nothing 'installed',
it is one .exe file and the call3.txt file in the same folder. The
only other associated part is the "MoonSked Preferences" file.
(From version 1.5.2 there is a Windows installer.)

Support files
The latest versions of MoonSked now use CALL3.TXT for the callsign
and locator database. This is the same data as used in K1JT's WSJT
software and is updated regularly and is available from several
sources including:
AA1YN - Available from the VHF & Up main page
at http://www.aa1yn.com/vhf, optimized so a query takes
only 2 seconds for the full database and is generated online
containing the latest information. If you are in the database and
do not have your station information there, you may/will not appear
in the CALL3.TXT as you must at least have a WSJT station entered.
If you want the EME flag to appear, you must enter your EME setup.
After you log in to change your information, you will see a
"Station Setup" button at the bottom of the page. Click on this to
enter your station information by mode and band.
DL8EBW has also kindly agreed to help with
managing the updates to CALL3.TXT - http://www.dl8ebw.de/Actual/actual.html
