Apple Leopard - iChat problems and a solution

I installed Apple's latest operating system - 10.5 Leopard and immediately had trouble with iChat AV.

I could not establish an audio or video chat. The solution was to turn off Internet Sharing in the System preferences/Sharing panel.

Hopefully that will be fixed by Apple soon.
